Marquis Jewelry is dedicated to providing the best and easiest shopping experience that we can. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase and wish to exchange the item we welcome you to do so. Please note the below points.

-Exchange must be made within 7 days of Delivery. Exchange made after 7 days will not be accepted

-Buyer is responsible for return for exchange shipping .

-Buyer may use any shipping carrier and method they choose. (Please note that Marquis Jewelry will not be responsible for lost/stolen packages. We suggest the buyer use a shipping method with tracking to ensure delivery)

-All items must be returned for exchange in their original condition, unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging. Failure to do so will result in exchange request being rejected

-Sending replacements will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after the item arrives

 

-No international exchange
